Use live chat during business hours and let the agent know your order number. If your order has not been processed by the warehouse we can cancel and refund you.

If the live chat is not available plesae email: info@geargeek.co.uk and a memeber of our team will deal with your request as soon as possible. Please include your order number to avoid delays.

Sorry to hear you have not received your order. First of all, please check with neighbours/safe place and that no card has been left by the courier as this will have information on where the item is and how to collect it. Internal delays with couriers can be the cause and arrive a day or so late.

Any order placed on a weekend will not be processed until Monday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to delivery to you, leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Next Day if ordered Monday to Friday. Next Day deliveries ordered on a Friday will be delivered Saturday. Our same day dispatch for all orders is 3pm, you MUST order before then to receive your item the following day.
