It’s simple: choose you preferred "Click & Collect" location at checkout and we'll send your order to the collection point on a Next Day delivery service. You receive an email with tracking showing when your order is ready to collect.

Sorry to hear you have not received your order. First of all, please check with neighbours/safe place and that no card has been left by the courier as this will have information on where the item is and how to collect it. Internal delays with couriers can be the cause and arrive a day or so late.

Any order placed on a weekend will not be processed until Monday. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

The courier will usually leave small items with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, just tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions. The courier will leave a card with collection point if they are unable to delivery to you, leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Next Day if ordered Monday to Friday. Next Day deliveries ordered on a Friday will be delivered Saturday. Our same day dispatch for all orders is 4pm, you MUST order before then to receive your item the following day.
