Gear Geek has levels of VIP depending on a customers activity. All new customers start at the Enthusiasts level.
Enthusiasts earn 10 Gear Geek Coins for every £1 spent (coins cannot be earned on shipping fees).
Superfans earn 15 Gear Geek Coins for every £1 spent (coins cannot be earned on shipping fees).
Insiders earn 20 Gear Geek Coins for every £1 spent (coins cannot be earned on shipping fees).

You will receive your Gear Geek Coins once your friend places their first order, your friend will receive at 30% discount code for their first order.

How To Redeem
100 Gear Geek Coins = £1
1. Log in to your Gear Geek account.
2. Tap or Click the "Gear Geek Coins" icon in the bottom right of the page.
3. Tap or Click "Ways to Redeem".
4. Tap or Click "View".
5. Choose how many coins you wish to cash in with the slider.
6. Tap or Click "Redeem".
*Coins can only be redeemed on orders over £10 in value.
Please log into your Gear Geek account and click on "Gear Geek Coins" in the bottom right on the website to view your balance.
- "Place an order" earned coins cannot be earned on shipping fees.
- Earned Gear Geek Coins have a 6 month expiry to redeem a reward.
- Redeemed Rewards have a further 6 month expiry.
- Reward Order discount coupon can only be applied to orders over £10 in value.
- Entry Reward Superfans £5 off coupon can only be applied to orders over £25 in value.
- Entry Reward Insider £10 off coupon can only be applied to orders over £35 in value.
Every user has a maximum amount of points they can receive daily in accordance with our fair use policy.
- You can receive a maximum of 500 Gear Geek Coins daily through social media actions.
- You can receive a maximum of 500 Gear Geek Coins daily through reviews.io actions.
Coins earned for orders where items have been returned and refunded will be voided from your coin balance. Coins earned on orders where a replacement item have been sent will be unaffected.
Eligibility
The Gear Geek Coins scheme is only available for customers purchasing in a B2C capacity business (us) to customer (you). The scheme is not available for customers using our wholesale services or purchasing to resell. To check eligibility please contact our customer service team at: info@geargeek.co.uk.
Gear Geek reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user without notice who is misusing the Gear Geek Coins Scheme. This includes but not limited to:
- Exploiting the scheme by creating multiple accounts for the sole purchase of collecting referral coins.
- Exploiting the use of social media for collecting coins by following, liking or commenting to collect coins then later removing the action.
- Exploiting the use of social media for collecting coins by excessively commenting or tagging.
- Using coins on purchases with the intention of reselling the products.
The chance to win a £25 Gear Geek Gift Voucher will be drawn once a year. Customers in the Superfans tier at the time of drawing will be eligible to enter. Notification to enter the contest will be sent to Superfans tier customers via email. Winners are selected at random and announced via email and our social media pages.
The chance to win a £50 Gear Geek Gift Voucher will be drawn once a year. Customers in the Insider tier at the time of drawing will be eligible to enter. Notification to enter the contest will be sent to Insider tier customers via email. Winners are selected at random and announced via email and our social media pages.
